Business Development Manager - Industry Specialist
CRP Group, in partnership with a national hydraulic market leader, is seeking 2-3 dynamic and results-driven Business Development Managers to join a rapidly growing team of industry sales specialists
We are seeking individuals with proven expertise and established connections in at least one of the following sectors:
- Rail
- Food & Beverage
- Manufacturing
- Environmental
- Material Handling
- Pharma
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities, and expanding the customer base across key industries
- Maintain and build strong relationships with clients across your specialised industry, ensuring exceptional service delivery to support long-term growth.
Essential Skills:
- Previous experience in a sales or business development position, particularly within at least one of the listed sectors.
- Ability to demonstrate success in building and maintaining key industry relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both oral and written.
- Self-motivated with strong time management and persuasive abilities.
- A collaborative team player, driven to exceed targets and deliver results.
- Demonstrates a balance between quality service and commercial pressures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development or account management with a strong network in relevant sectors.
- Full UK driving license.
