Facilities Supervisor / Up to £30,000 / St Albans/Hybrid / Permanent

My client, a leader in their market, are looking to recruit a Facilities Supervisor position on a permanent basis to support their growing team.

The successful candidate will still get stuck in and involved in the day-to-day running side of facilities, as well as supervising and mentoring the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing supplier costs to find the best prices
  • Monitoring the inbox and dealing with enquiries in a timely manner
  • Managing external contractors
  • Supervising the wider facilities team, delegating jobs and roles
  • Supporting with Administrative tasks such as logging incoming cheques, logging files & checking invoices
  • Ensuring the building is kept looking clean and tidy, including both client and communal areas

Essential Skillset:

  • A minimum of 1 – 3 years in a facilities role
  • Previous mentoring experience is advantageous
  • Ability to support the wider team and guide them
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Excellent attention to detail

Package:

  • Up to £30,000
  • St Albans & Radlett offices
  • Monday – Friday, 9am – 5:15pm
