Are you a skilled Solicitor with a passion for Residential Conveyancing? Our esteemed client, a prestigious Legal Top 500 firm recognised for their excellence in client care throughout Kent and the Southeast, is seeking a talented individual to enhance their residential conveyancing department.
As a key member of the team, you will handle a diverse caseload encompassing various aspects of residential property transactions. This includes sales and purchases, remortgages, freehold and leasehold matters (including shared ownership properties), new builds, repossessions, deeds of gifts, equity releases, and drafting declaration of trusts, amongst other general property-related tasks.
About you: -
- Solid background in Residential Conveyancing.
- Proven ability to manage a caseload autonomously.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
- Proactive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
