Resourcer/Administrator Description
- Sourcing Candidates via Recruitment Job Sites and Advertisements
- Pre-screening and Registering Candidates on the telephone/face to face
- Drafting a placing Job Adverts
- Handling and negotiating job offers
- Keeping the database records accurate and up to date
- Ad hoc administrative duties relating to the recruitment process
The Successful Resourcer/Administrator:
- Professional and confident telephone manner
- Sociable and strong communicators; confident in conversing with all levels of candidates and client, and forming strong, lasting, and trusting relationships
- Positive and enthusiastic with a desire to learn and develop
- Self-Motivated
