They're looking for a Product Designer to join the team to make sophisticated AI tools accessible and user-friendly for legal professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and prototyping user experiences for web and mobile applications tailored to the needs of legal professionals.
  • Developing visually appealing and intuitive interfaces that leverage advanced AI capabilities.
  • Conducting in-depth user research using tools such as Maze and Dovetail to understand the unique behaviours and requirements of legal professionals.
  • Gathering and analysing detailed user feedback to inform design decisions, creating test plans, research briefs, insight reports, and personas/archetypes.
  • Participating in client discussions to gain insights into legal practices and incorporate these into your designs.
  • Collaborating closely with engineers and product managers to ensure that designs are accurately implemented and meet the high standards expected by legal professionals.
  • Maintaining consistency and coherence across all user experiences, ensuring a unified design approach that resonates with the legal industry

Your Experience:

  • Proven experience in UX design, particularly for AI or data-driven applications. A background in psychology or anthropology is a plus.
  • Proficiency with leading design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD, or experience working with UI designers to produce designs and wireframes.
  • Demonstrated ability to create user-centric design solutions.
  • Ability to empathize with legal professionals and design products that cater to their specific needs.
  • Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
