- ?? Process orders via telephone and email on a bespoke CRM system
- �? Make proactive calls to develop new business opportunities

- ?? Regularly update and maintain the customer database with accurate information
- ??? Conduct market mapping activities
- ?? Assist with general administrative duties
- ?? Build and maintain strong customer relationships
�? Required Skills and Experience:
- �? Previous experience preferred but not essential as all training will be provided
- ?? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ?? Strong desire to succeed in a sales-focused role
- ?? Ability to manage your time effectively and meet deadlines
- �? Proactive mindset and the ability to work independently
- ?? Basic knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
