Human Resources Assistant required for a busy, international organisation with head offices in Kettering, Northamptonshire.
Working within this well-respected and established company with worldwide industry links, the successful candidate will provide support to the Head of HR and and team on a variety of HR related activities.
Responsibilities to include:
- Supporting the recruitment process including liaising with candidates, managing agencies, preparing adverts, shortlisting, organising and attending interviews and , issuing appropriate documentation
- Taking responsibility for on-boarding and induction processes for new starters
- Managing, recording and tracking day to day absences
- Supporting on-site training and development activities
- Taking responsibility for the on-boarding and induction process for new starters
- Supporting the operation of an integrated HR and Payroll System
- Supporting the Head of HR as required
Applications are invited from candidates with the following qualifications, experience and aptitude:
- Educated to 'A' level standard with previous experience in an HR administrator / assistant position
- CIPD qualification (or working towards)
- Experience of working with an integrated system
- High level of attention to detail and confidentiality
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities
