Position Overview: Solutions Coordinator
We are looking for a Solutions Coordinator to join the dynamic team at Gattaca. In this pivotal role, you'll be joining one of our expert teams to provide coordination support to a number of our key clients.
This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is eager to make a tangible impact on our project delivery capabilities. Your contribution will play a key role in cementing Gattaca's position as the go-to STEM talent partner of choice.
This is a part-time opportunity spread over 25 hours across 5 days week, Monday - Friday.
Your Key Responsibilities will be
- To take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, managing interviews, feedback and job offers.
- Monitoring KPIS, activity and progress against our agreed SLAs and ensuring compliance is met at every stage
- Meeting the reporting needs of these clients by analysing and communicating the vacancy activity and market trends.
