Red are supporting our client who is seeking an organised and proactive Team Coordinator to support their Creative Content Team, which spans both Bids and Marketing functions. Reporting directly to the Head of Creative Content, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of these teams by managing schedules, tracking projects, and handling administrative tasks. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys balancing multiple responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Calendar Management:

  • Manage and coordinate the calendars of the Creative Content Team, including the Head of Creative Content.
  • Schedule and organise meetings, appointments, and events across Bids and Marketing teams, ensuring all relevant materials are prepared.

Bid & Marketing Coordination:

  • Maintain and update both the bid tracker and marketing tracker, ensuring all deadlines and milestones are clearly communicated and met.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of tender and marketing documents, coordinating input from various team members.

Marketing Support:

  • Coordinate marketing activities, including campaign planning, content distribution, and events.
  • Assist with the creation, editing, and organisation of marketing materials, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.

Administrative & PA Duties:

  • Provide general administrative support to the Head of Creative.
  • Prepare reports and other documentation as required.
  • Handle correspondence and communications, maintaining a high level of professionalism

Project Management:

  • Track ongoing projects within the Creative Content Team, ensuring timelines are adhered to and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify and address potential bottlenecks to keep projects on track.

Skills:

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools.
  • Experience with CRM systems and bid management software is a plus.
