Job Title: Installation/Project Coordinator
Location: Lenham, Kent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm, with 30 mins lunch
Hybrid: Yes, after your probation period, once you have been trained and are familiar with the company procedures
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 DOE
The team: You'll be working as part of a supportive team of 8

What will your day look like?
- Coordinating contracts to ensure safety performance and profitability meet our client's and customer expectations.
- Updating internal systems and web services to keep a clear and accurate record of project status.
- Developing and adhering to systems compliant with ISO 9000 procedures.
- Acting as a liaison between customers, operational staff, and the director to ensure clear communication and alignment of expectations.
- Negotiating prices, variations, and extras with customers to ensure changes to scope are reflected in prices and profit targets are met.
- Upholding health and safety standards in accordance with regulations and our client's policies.
- Maintaining a positive and professional image of our client at all times, representing them with integrity and professionalism in all situations.
What do you need to have to be successful?
- Previous experience in project coordination or a similar role.
- Experience within the Construction sector is a distinct advantage.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using internal systems and web services.
- Knowledge of ISO 9000 procedures is desirable.
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to problem-solving.
