Administrator - York

We are supporting a national company on a huge project focusing on the York area for the rest of 2024 - So if you're looking for a job to start ASAP and keep you busy with weekly pay until Christmas, maybe longer, get in touch!

Before reading on, please note that due to the environment and information you're handling, we are only able to consider those with an Enhanced DBS check they can either physically share and have on them at all times, or access to the repeat service - If you do not have this we cannot proceed.

Specifically, we are looking for people to work as Administrators based in the office which is situated in the YO30 4XL area.

As part of this project you'll be part of a team focussed on the back office and administration support for teams out there on site who are delivering a service to schools across the surrounding areas.

On an average day you'd find yourself performing admin/data entry duties, transferring data from physically completed forms and profiles onto a system and helping to make sure that iPads, info packs etc. are ready to go out to schools with the on-site teams.

This role is temping until the end of December at least with weekly pay every Friday at the rate of £12 per hour + holiday pay.

Working hours/days of Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm and overtime is available too optionally.

Please do note before applying that the below are essential to any application and being able to proceed:

An Enhanced DBS check is required!

You will need to be able to travel to the site mentioned above daily, you will not have the option to work remotely in this role.

Must be available for a temp role to start in October and available until the end of the year.

Finally, you will need to have a good level of computer skills and administration experience as well as being comfortable picking up the phone and speaking to service users.
