Immediate start - approx. 6 months temp

Office based minimum 4 days (nr Hemel & Berkhamsted) full time

We are delighted to be once again partnered with this growing SME who are looking for some temporary assistance within their Credit Control Department.

Working closely with the current Credit Controller you will be responsible for:

- Chasing overdue invoices via telephone and email
- Preparing weekly status reports on overdue invoices and reconciling accounts
- Resolving aged open payments and dealing with queries
- Posting daily invoices accurately and allocating payments
- Assisting with month-end close process
- Completing ad-hoc duties as required

You will have previous experience within an accounts environment, within credit control and will be confident in a busy environment.

You will be naturally organised with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

You will also be a confident user of Excel and accounting systems.

To be considered for this role you must be IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE or available on no more than 1 week's notice as this is a requirement with a need for an urgent start, and be able to commute to the Hemel Hempstead / Berkhamsted area.

Please note - this is largly an office based role with a requirement to be on site 4-5 days/week. You will be working in a lovely office, with a friendly and supportive team, with free parking onsite.
