Key Responsibilities:
As a Finance Business Partner, you will be instrumental in supporting the company's ambitious growth plans. Your role will involve strategic analysis, reporting, and partnering with multiple functions to drive decision support and identify opportunities for growth. This position requires strong financial modelling, reporting skills, and the ability to work closely with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct modelling, reporting, and analysis of strategic growth opportunities.
- Advise and challenge key stakeholders to drive growth in Net Sales and Management Profit.
- Partner with the Full Potential team and other functions to enhance strategic insights.
- Develop and improve financial models and reports.
- Create and manage KPIs and dashboards.
- Analyze the strategic plan's evolution and its impact on forecasting and budgeting cycles.
- Contribute to the monthly management accounts pack.
- Provide monthly reporting for corporate and internal boards.
- Collaborate with IT to transition reports into Power BI.
- Support the Head of Commercial Finance and wider Finance team with ad hoc analysis.
- Act as a super user of business financial systems and strategy tools.
Person Specification:
- Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA).
- Extensive experience in financial modeling and reporting.
- Strong commercial and analytical mindset.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Proven track record in financial analysis and business partnering.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver significant value.
