We are currently recruiting for an Employee Benefits specialist in Brighton who are looking to recruit a Employee Benefits Consultant (Group Health & Risk). This role can be (remote / hybrid working)

? Salary: Dependant on experience
? Bonus: Quarterly bonus structure
? Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday
? Location: Brighton, East Sussex (remote / hybrid working possible)

About the role

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Employee Benefits Consultant to join a rapidly growing team. The company is extremely well respected in the industry, having won multiple awards and being frequently quoted in leading newspapers, such as the Financial Times and The Independent.

You will be advising a portfolio of existing clients on their risk & healthcare benefits strategy, covering:

? Insurance benefits (group risk and group healthcare products)
? Flexible benefits / benefits technology
? Benefits benchmarking and communication

For individuals with a solid track record of winning new clients, there may also be the opportunity to pick-up new enquiries that come into the business.

For those that are keen for development, there may also be the opportunity to expand your knowledge into workplace pension advice (training can be provided).

Requirements

? At least 3 years of experience advising / consulting clients on group risk / healthcare products, preferably within a benefits consultancy
? Experience advising on flexible benefits and benefits technology is an advantage
? GR1 and / or IF7 with the CII would be an advantage
? Commitment to continuous learning and development
? Strong interpersonal and communication skills
