Exciting new role for very successful company looking to add to their team in Brentwood. This is an office based role Mon to Friday in stunning offices with free parking!
Deal with customer emails and calls as well as answering queries
- Maintain customer databases and update customer records
- Assist with order processing and tracking of customer orders
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services
- Assist with sales forecasting and analysis
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team as needed
