- Competent to undertake project technical delivery with Senior guidance. Projects to be delivered to the high standard expected by the Company, assisting Senior team members or independently where necessary.

To have good communication and organisation skills.

To advise the Directors of issues/problems before they develop in connection with Projects; technical issues. To make suggestions on remedial actions required.

To Project the image of the Practice in a professional manner, and at all times to act as a Technician / Technologist..

To exercise reasonable skill and care at all times.

ACIAT, minimum working to MCIAT ideally.

Autodesk Revit, BIM Level 1 minimum working to BIM Accreditation.

Autodesk AutoCAD LT, competent.

Microsoft office, competent.
