Sitting in the end to end Packaging team, reporting into the Artwork Production Manager, the Artwork Production Administrator is responsible for providing key administrative and operational support to the artwork production team. This role ensures the smooth running of day-to-day activities, including maintaining accurate trackers, managing artwork assets, and coordinating briefing processes. The role plays a critical part in delivering artwork and packaging to production on time and in full by supporting internal teams and liaising with external partners.
The Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Tracker Maintenance:
Maintain and update artwork trackers, ensuring all project details, statuses, and timelines are current and accurate.
Ensure information is kept up to date and easily accessible for internal teams and stakeholders.
- Asset Management
Organise and manage artwork assets, ensuring they are correctly filed and handed over to stakeholders on time.
Ensure all necessary documentation and files are complete and aligned with project briefs.
- Artwork Initiation
Assist with the front-end briefing process by gathering and organising all necessary information to initiate artwork projects.
Ensure information is clear, complete, and contains all necessary specifications required for external partners to begin artwork projects.
- Meeting Coordination:
Assist in the organisation and running of weekly artwork production check ins, ensuring schedules and priorities are clear.
Provide administrative support in managing meeting agendas, tracking action points, and updating schedules as needed.
- Stakeholder Liaison:
Occasionally liaise with external artwork agencies and internal cross-functional teams to support on the coordination and execution of artwork projects.
Escalate any issues or delays promptly to ensure alignment and project continuity.
Location:
This role is based in Nuneaton, and may be occasionally required to travel to our London Hub or to any other location of H&B. We support flexibility and productivity of our employees by hybrid working arrangements with minimum 2 days presence in the office.
The Person
Key Requirements:
- Administrative or coordination experience, preferably from a retail or production background.
- Proficiency in project management tools and systems.
- Packaging and/or artwork experience is highly desirable
- Ability to learn and adapt to new processes and systems quickly.
- Experience in working with multiple stakeholders and delivering results within tight deadlines.
