We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Solicitor to join a busy, established, and thriving Family Department. This highly regarded practice, located in South Birmingham, enjoys a regular flow of work from the local area and wider West Midlands, and is looking for a hard-working individual to take on an existing caseload.
We are looking for an experienced, friendly, and highly motivated solicitor to join a busy and high-performing team to provide an excellent service to clients.
The role will typically assist with:
- Private Law children matters
- Divorce
- Financial Settlements
- Separation
- Domestic Violence
- Pre and Post Nuptial Agreements
- Cohabitee disputes
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years PQE. Excellent client care skills and the ability to deal with vulnerable clients and resolve sensitive, and often complex matters is essential. Previous Advocacy experience preferred but not essential.

Hybrid working available. Salary from £40,000 to £45,000 depending on experience.
