A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Engineer to join a UK known food manufacturer in the Worcester Area!

With no day ever being the same the Maintenance Engineer role offers genuine long-term progression and career development within a first-class organisation.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • PPM and reactive maintenance on conveyors / pumps / motors
  • Boiler maintenance
  • Responsible for performing planned and responsive maintenance to support the manufacturing equipment and business needs.
  • Carry out regular checks as scheduled to plant and equipment
  • Diagnose faults and signs of deterioration of machinery and reporting/documenting faults
  • Ensure that all paperwork as supplied relating to your duties e.g. service schedules

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • NVQ3 In a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering discipline
  • BOAS Qualification Desirable
  • 18th/17th Edition
  • Food/FMCG industry experience
  • Experience fault finding on PLCs
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles and knowledge of equipment and machinery
