Customer Service Representive

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with customers, consumers, and our Sales team via phone and email to ensure their needs are met promptly and professionally.
  • Take action on calls and emails related to stock returns, order errors, and product faults, collaborating with customers, sales, and the warehouse team as needed.
  • Process returned goods efficiently on the SAP system and ensure proper actions are taken, such as writing off credits for faulty goods or raising replacement orders under the Hardy warranty.
  • Update the After Sales database, spare part catalogue data, and online exploded views.
  • Work closely with the Customer Service & Marketing team to maintain and enhance our UK showroom.
  • Utilise your 1-2 years of similar customer service experience to provide exceptional support.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Experience with SAP is desirable.
  • Valid driver's licence.
