Description
The Payroll Supervisor will:
- Direct and oversee all aspects of payroll functions.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Manage and motivate a team of payroll professionals.
- Develop and implement payroll procedures and processes.
- Work closely with other departments to streamline payroll operations.
- Resolve any payroll discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
- Prepare and present payroll reports to senior management.
- Participate in financial audits related to payroll and respond to any audit findings.
Profile
A successful Payroll Supervisor should have:
- Proven experience in a payroll supervisory or team leader role, or from a Payroll Officer or Payroll Specialist background and looking to make the step up.
- In-depth knowledge of payroll systems and financial regulations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
