The agency is a 360 comms agency, delivering bespoke public relations services to prestigious clients in the luxury hospitality, restaurant, drinks, and travel sectors. As a PR Account Director, you will play a crucial role in managing and growing key client accounts, leading strategic initiatives, and driving exceptional PR campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a portfolio of high-profile clients within the luxury hospitality, restaurant, drinks, and travel sectors.
- Develop and nurture strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Conduct regular client meetings, providing strategic counsel and presenting campaign results.
- Develop and implement innovative PR strategies tailored to each client's unique needs and objectives.
- Oversee the creation of comprehensive PR plans, including media outreach, event planning, content creation, and digital PR initiatives.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform and adapt client strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of PR professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality work.
- Provide training and professional development opportunities for team members.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key media contacts, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.
- Secure high-impact media coverage in top-tier publications and platforms.
- Plan and execute high-profile events, including press launches, influencer engagements, and exclusive client events.
- Coordinate logistics, manage budgets, and ensure seamless execution of events.
- Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of PR campaigns, using data-driven insights to refine strategies.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients, showcasing campaign outcomes and ROI.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to the growth and success of the agency.
- Lead pitches and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the agency's capabilities and achievements.
Experience:
- You are currently an Account Director in a London based PR agency with a significant portion of your experience within the luxury hospitality, restaurant, drinks, and/or travel sectors.
- Proven track record of managing high-profile clients and delivering successful PR campaigns.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client and media relationships.
- Strategic thinker with a creative approach to problem-solving and campaign development.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
