Akkodis are partnering with a highly reputable organisation within the Asset Management industry on a large scale transformation programme across their Operations team. Our client are looking to conduct a full assessment of their middle and back office operations with a view to implementing process and structure improvements.
Our client are looking for an experienced Business Analyst/Consultant/SME to assist them with this programme. You will sit within the Client & Regulatory reporting team to asses their current Operating Model and work with them on any improvements that are implemented.
The successful candidate will have the following experience:
- Extensive Business Analysis experience with a proven background in the Client & Regulatory reporting space OR a Regulatory Reporting SME who has provided support on major operational change projects
- A solid understanding of Regulatory reporting within Asset Management
- Target Operating Model design experience
- Good experience with process flow analysis, GAP analysis and conducting impact assessments
- Excellent communication skills
This is an initial 6 month contract with a high possibility for extension. The role is based in London and our client operate a hybrid working policy. The role has been deemed inside IR35.
