The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join a global business as a HR Co-ordinator, a stellar opportunity to gain new skills and develop your career. This is a broad role that would give the right individual the scope to get involved in a variety of activities outside bau and support the HR function across both the UK and Europe.

As HR Co-ordinator you will report to the hugely supportive HR Director and will be responsible for:

  • Managing all day-to-day HR administrative priorities.
  • Support in driving and health and safety coordination.
  • Support Europe wide recruitment activity.
  • Development of HR metrics.
  • Managing sickness and absence.
  • Support policy and procedure management and review.
  • Co-ordination of health and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Management of similar ad-hoc projects
  • Providing support to the HRD.

The Individual

Do you have a flexible and proactive mindset, together with strong administrative skills and priority management experience? If so, this could be the perfect role for you!

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • Previous experience in a HR administration role.
  • Relevant HR qualifications or be studying towards qualifications.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience of additional HR systems would be an added advantage.
  • Ability to plan and organise a busy workload across multiple groups and locations.
  • Desirable: Experience of facility management and health and safety activities.
