My client is looking for a Sales Support Administrator to support the National Sales Manager and wider sales team to deliver an efficient and effective sales process for our external and internal Customers.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The post holder will be responsible for:

Be the first point of day to day contact for Sales Advisors regarding appointments and outcomes, including but not limited to:
-
Taking appointment outcomes and logging on internal systems
-
Recording sales details
-
Booking technical survey dates
-
Contacting Customers to validate Sales Advisor feedback as required
-
Printing and sending order confirmation letters and related paperwork to Customers
-
Checking contracts and sales paperwork that is received into the office
-
Processing contract amendments and updating related systems
-
Optimising sales booked appointments to ensure efficient utilisation of sales resource
-
Working with Contact Centre team to maximise appointment volume and reducing instance of empty slots
-
Maintaining Sales Advisors holiday diary
-
Production of regular sales MI reports
-
Creation and production of communication to Sales Advisors (newsletters etc)

Assisting with organisation of sales meetings
