Our award-winning client is looking for a Data Entry Clerk to join their growing team on a temporary basis, based 5 days per week in their offices in Watford, Hertfordshire - parking is available. This position could potentially go temp to perm for the right candidate.
This job would be suitable to an organised individual with high attention to detail/accuracy to be responsible for supporting the finance team with all invoice entry and general administrative support.

The successful individual should be highly motivated, a fast learner and keen to show initiative. The candidate must be a team player with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and comfortable in liaising with all levels both in and outside of finance. Attention to detail, deadline-focussed, good organisational skills and a flexible attitude in prioritising work tasks and ad hoc requirements are essential. An intermediate level of proficiency in Word and Excel is required for this role.
Job responsibilities:
- Scanning and preparing documents
- Collecting invoices from the printer
- Check invoices vs orders
- Queries for accounts payable
- Data entry for the accounts payable team
- Ah-hoc duties from line manager.
