Pertemps Bristol are high-performing branch and due to their continued success are looking for a candidate who has an excellent track record in recruitment to manage the professional services desk which will be focussed on both client and candidate acquisition. Role Responsibilities
- Grow and maintain new relationships with clients to develop new business opportunities.
- Advertise roles by posting jobs onto job boards and social media sites.
- Manage multiple open job vacancies at the same time.
- Sourcing candidates and conducting interviews to determine suitability.
- Attend visits to client sites to gain valuable insights into how their business works.
- Direct sales activity such as calls, email marketing campaigns and networking events.
