Technical Support Engineer
Remote based
Salary up to £42,000
Technet is currently partnered with a leading Oceania software house who are looking to employ their first person in the EMEA region Specifically in the UK to keep up with timezone demands
Through ticket-based and pre-booked calls, the role aims to triage and resolve customer issues, assist with Configuration and set up and answer general enquiries.
Previous experience working in an MSP or a Technical Support Role is needed for this role
You will have skills in the following to be a suitable candidate.
- Knowledge of Backup software
- MacOS
- Windows Server knowledge
- Experience of Hyper V
- Powershell
- Debian and Redhat Operating Systems
- Bash or similar
- Azure, AWS
- Routers and Firewalls
