Your Responsibilities:
- Coach, manage, and develop the Business Support Administration team
- Build relationships across the firms including lawyers and solicitors
- Encourage an excellent customer service environment
- Take an active part in recruitment for your team
- Work closely with the Business Support stakeholders
- Look to improve processes where possible
Your Skills:
- Supportive management style
- Self-motivated, with the ability to lead by example
- Organised with the ability to effectively prioritise business needs
- Ability to manage and support business change across the team
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to build excellent working relationships with your team/department, stakeholders and the wider firm
- Knowledge of administrative processes such as printing, scanning, electronic filing and post handling
- Legal experience would be ideal, however the firm are open to considering wider professional services
