Role Overview:

As a Sales Negotiator, you will be the face of the company, playing a crucial role in driving property sales and ensuring a seamless experience for both buyers and sellers. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the entire sales process from initial enquiry to completion, negotiating deals, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to potential buyers.
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers, aiming to achieve the best possible outcome for all parties involved.
- Manage and maintain a portfolio of properties, ensuring they are marketed effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and feedback.
- Liaise with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and other parties to ensure smooth transaction processes.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Keep up-to-date with market trends and property values in the Fife area.
- Handle administrative tasks related to property sales, including preparing contracts and documents.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in a sales role, ideally within the property or real estate sector (not essential).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills with a client-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
