Jonathan Lee Recruitment is looking for a skilled and collaborative Composite Laminator to join our client's talented and inclusive team in their Composite Laminating Department, manufacturing visual carbon components, mainly for automotive customers. This full-time role is based in Nuneaton and comes with a favourable salary and benefits package.
Reporting to the Composite Laminator, this role is to support the team in the efficient running of the department by meeting job timescales and demands, whilst completing jobs to the highest of standards.
In your first few weeks in this Laminator role, you can expect to:
- Laminate parts and tooling across a broad range of products
- Check information on drawings is clear
- Check route card instructions are correct
- Help develop processes to improve quality and efficiency
- Keep all equipment maintained
