Robert Half are excited to be working with an industry leading organisation to recruit Credit Controller to support the Credit Supervisor within an exciting manufacturing organisation

Main Responsibilities:
- Posting and allocating daily receipts to accounting systems
- Reconciliations and issuing monthly statements
- Release of customer orders in a timely manner, in line with agreed Credit Limits
- Timely and effective collection of all debts and customers payments
- Negotiating re-payment plans
- Resolving queries both internally and externally around outstanding invoices
- Chase outstanding debt via telephone and email
- Providing accounts information to internal departments
- Dealing with all account queries
- Processing and collecting payments in conjunction with agreed payment terms.
- Liaising closely with other business departments on a regular basis
- Assist with ad hoc duties as required to support other roles within the finance department
- Responsible for following all company procedures and policies in line with our compliance management system and to report any concerns of noncompliance immediately
Essential Skills:
- To be able to work to a high level of accuracy, with good attention to detail.
- Previous experience of working in a fast-paced credit control department.
- Reliable, trustworthy and honest by nature.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
- Previous experience of sales ledger and Sap system.
- Polite and professional telephone manner.
- A team player with a pleasant and affable personality
