This is a hybrid role that would require at least 2 days presence in our central london office (Wilson Street, Shoreditch)

Overview of the role:

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead the development and ownership of a comprehensive product roadmap for our global ERP solution. This role will initially focus on Financial Accounting and will progressively extend to encompass Operations, Distribution, Manufacturing, Logistics, Planning, and other business functions. The ideal candidate will leverage Microsoft Business Central ERP to drive innovation and efficiency across our organization.

Working with our business leaders and IT partners to form a product roadmap based on data driven decision making along with impacts and benefits to evolve the group ERP as our business grows and matures. Working closely with stakeholders to run product meetings and create a demand pipeline for developers that fulfils the business ambitions, and introduces the business to new ERP opportunities.

Key Accountabilities:

Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap for the ERP solution, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder needs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, distribution, manufacturing, logistics, and planning, to gather requirements and prioritize features.

Lead the implementation of Financial Accounting modules, followed by the phased rollout of additional modules across various business functions.

Utilise Microsoft Business Central ERP to optimize processes, enhance data integration, and improve overall system performance.

Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new features.

Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Manage the product backlog, ensuring that user stories are well-defined, prioritized, and ready for development.

Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product increments.

Monitor and analyse product performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to drive continuous improvement.

What you'll need:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification is a plus.

Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, with a focus on ERP solutions.

Strong understanding of Financial Accounting principles and practices.

Experience with Microsoft Business Central ERP or similar systems.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to think strategically and translate business needs into actionable product features.

Proficiency in agile methodologies and tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
