Day to Day of the Role:
- Deliver engaging and challenging Maths lessons to students of varying abilities, ensuring that each student has the opportunity to exceed their academic expectations.
- Utilise our Key Performance Indicator (KPI) system to monitor and support student progress.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies.
- Participate in the school's extensive extra-curricular activities to support the holistic development of students.
- Engage with parents and carers as partners in the learning journey of their children.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A passion for Mathematics and a commitment to inspiring students.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a strong understanding of the Maths curriculum.
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to the school's ethos and values, including the promotion of Christian values and the welfare of the school community.
