Salary: £24,000 - £34,000 per annum (dependent on previous level of recruitment experience) plus uncapped bonus earning potential

Hours: Full time 37.5 per week Monday - Friday

What is the role?

Due to continued success and growth and expansion plans for the region, our Reed Accountancy division based in Plymouth are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join the existing team of successful recruiters.

Who would suit this role?

We are open to experience, however we are ideally looking for sales professionals, or someone with recruitment knowledge, or strong account management experience looking to transition into the lucrative world of recruitment. You will also need to have the right mindset to be driven, motivated, ambitious, organised, tenacious, good at relationship building and confident on the phone are key. Obviously, we are always interested in speaking to experienced Recruiters who have demonstrable knowledge in the industry. We are mainly looking for someone with the right attitude and we can train the rest!
