About the business:
Our client is a leading regional law firm with offices throughout Yorkshire. A leading multi-disciplinary firm, this is an excellent opportunity for a driven and ambitious conveyancing assistant/paralegal to join a reputable firm of solicitors who are able to offer fantastic training and progression opportunities.
A crucial role within the team the successful candidate will join an established and expanding new build team within the wider conveyancing department.
If successful, you will perform the following role:
Processing quotes to new clients. Onboarding new clients. Performing ID checks. Processing draft contracts. Applying for searches. Processing exchange of contract paperwork.
To apply, you will be required to meet the following criteria:
New build conveyancing experience desirable. Knowledge of conveyancing process. Strong attention to detail. Strong IT skills.
