Receptionist

Our client, a well-established Property Management company in North London is seeking an experienced Receptionist to join their friendly team. The successful candidate will be a confident, warm and welcoming individual with relevant Receptionist or Front of House experience.

This is a fully office-based role, 9am to 5pm, with a 3pm finish on Fridays throughout the winter months.

Typical tasks will include:

  • Handling incoming emails and phone calls
  • First point of contact for any walk in clients
  • Meeting and greeting any guests
  • Booking meetings
  • Dealing with couriers and post
  • Data entry
  • Maintaining a presentable Reception area
  • General administrative support to the wider team

You will have:

  • Current Receptionist or Front of House experience in an office environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office packages
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Ability to Multitask
