We are seeking a Finance Change Director for a thriving financial services organisation, based near Fareham. The role is offered on a fixed-term contract for 18 months and offers a project-related approach.
This unique opportunity requires an influential individual keen to add impact to a business that demonstrates growth year-on-year.
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the replacement of the existing financial reporting package
- Working with the finance team to understand current systems and processes
- Increasing automation of the current processes
- Optimising and standardising processes
- Managing relationships with senior stakeholders across the senior leadership team
- Liaising with the CFO with regular project updates
What you will need:
- Previous experience in a similar role, such as Finance Director / Finance Change Director / Change Management Accountant / Financial Controller / Head of Finance
- To be a qualified accountant – ACA / ACCA / CIMA with extensive post-qualification experience
- Experience of managing complex change programmes
- Working knowledge of Workday software
