What You Will Do:
- Develop manufacturing processes for vehicle modifications, including body, paint, and electrical systems.
- Oversee facility installations required for vehicle modifications.
- Achieve process metrics including JPH (Jobs Per Hour), CPU (Cost Per Unit), HPU (Hours Per Unit), and FTT (First Time Through) targets for elements of added content.
- Identify process improvements and train the operating team on implementing revised processes.
- Develop and review cost-saving possibilities, providing technical justifications, and oversee the implementation of changes.
- Collaborate closely with the special vehicle development team and end users to develop proposals that meet individual use case requirements.
What You Will Bring:
- Proven Vehicle Operations experience within the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
- An Engineering Degree in a relevant subject or equivalent is required.
- A Master's degree in a relevant subject is preferred but not essential.
- A high level of collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with teams and end users.
