Reconciliations Clerk 6m fixed term contract

Purchase Ledger Clerk required for a temporary 6 month fixed term contract, working for an amazing business based in Solihull. Working as part of a friendly finance team, you will be responsible for up to 750 invoices monthly. Your daily duties will include; matching, batching and coding invoices, processing payments by BACs and CHAPs, reconciling supplier statements, resolving supplier queries, processing employee expenses and providing cover in other areas of accounts as and when required. A large part of your role will be reconciliation work.

My client is looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk who can join the business and hit the ground running. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work on your own initiative coupled with the ability to multitask, you must be able to adhere to strict deadlines and have experience with a computerised accountancy package is essential.
