Full time hours on a temporary basis
- Deal with complex large scale acquisitions and disposals with the ability to advise (without supervision) on a range of property issues including development documentation, conditional agreements for lease, building leases and other conditional documents for the disposal of regeneration sites.
- The successful candidate should also be able to demonstrate ability to draft and review complex sale agreements (conditional/unconditional), overage deeds, options, pre-emption agreements etc.
- The work requires adaptability, producing work to tight deadlines and managing conflicting priorities successfully.
