THE "CustomerService" Role

As Customer Services you will be:

  • Point of contact for enquiries via phone and email
  • Taking and opening case files for customer enquiries
  • Chasing responses and dealing with clients within set time-scales
  • Updating the central system with project progress
  • Working as part of a busy team to SLA markers

CUSTOMER Services Requirements

The Customer Services candidate should have:

  • Previous Customer services experience from an office environment
  • Able to multi task and work within a busy team
  • Deliver first class Customer Service via phone and email
