A fabulous opportunity working for a friendly organisation based in the heart of buzzing Covent Garden. You will be working in a beautiful newly refurbished period property. This is a Receptionist role with a difference as it allows you to really get involved.
Working alongside a colleague you will be covering the reception area between 8am and 7pm, working shifts of 37.5 hour week, you will however be expected to cover for each other from time to time (time off in lieu will accrue). You will ensure all visitors to the company get a warm and professional welcome.
You are very much part of the team in this company and you will get the opportunity to organise events, dealing with the whole cycle from bookings to the logistics such as refreshments and room set ups on the day. You will use the events CRM for bookings and raising invoices.
Assisting with the building facilities this will involve liaising with suppliers and contractors. Opening and closing the building ensure the security measures and in place. Conducting daily floor walks to ensure the building is well maintained and that health and safety and fire regulations are adhered to. Serve as Fire Marshall and First Aider, training provided.
Supporting the wider team with diary management and team meetings.
This is a one year maternity contract.
