Description
The key responsibilities of a Finance Business Partner will include, but may not be limited to;
- Develop and implement effective financial planning, reporting and analysis strategies.
- Collaborate with various teams to assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Provide insightful financial data to inform decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to improve financial processes and systems.
- Provide financial input and advice on strategic initiatives.
- Support the finance team in various ad hoc tasks as required.
Profile
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
- Not for Profit and Charities background.
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field.
- Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting.
- Part qualified Accountancy.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using financial software and MS Office Suite.
