Tax is part of the wider finance team and therefore has good resource to lean on - but the Tax team itself is fairly lean which gives you the ability to get stuck into a broad range of VAT areas.
What you will do in the role:
- VAT Treatment
- Review of VAT Returns, prepared by a junior member of the team
- Partial Exemptions and Special Methods
- VAT Advisory to various sites under the Group structure
What you will need:
- Prior experience working with VAT and Indirect Tax
- Knowledge of working in a business with Partial Exemptions
- Sound knowledge of Tax Governance
- Desire to get stuck into VAT
