Receptionist

Robert Half are excited to announce we have partnered with a prestigious Luxury Serviced Offices firm based in Central London who are looking for a bubbly and friendly Receptionist.

You will be the first point of contact for all visitors, guests and clients and be responsible for providing a 6 star service.

Please note this is an office based role. Please do not apply if you are looking for hybrid working.

THE ROLE:

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanour.
  • Answer and direct phone calls promptly and courteously.
  • Manage the booking of meeting rooms and handle mail and courier services.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and maintain the reception area.

THE PERSON:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and attitude, with strong organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
