Group Marketing Manager who has experience developing and implementing marketing and commercial strategies, creating marketing plans and overseeing all marketing communications within the group is required for a well-established organisation based in South Kirkby, West Yorkshire.
SALARY: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum + Benefits
LOCATION: South Kirkby, West Yorkshire
JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent
WORKING HOURS: 40 hours per week - 08:30 - 17:30, Monday - Friday
(Occasional weekend and evening work will be required)

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Group Marketing Managerwho has experience developing and implementing marketing and commercial strategies, creating marketing plans and overseeing all marketing communications within the group.
Working as the Group Marketing Manager you will be the strategic lead for all marketing and communications for the Group.
As the Group Marketing Manager you will also manage the team, build brand awareness and reputation nationwide and internationally, manage budgets, liaise with external agencies and collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team.

DUTIES
Your duties as the Group Marketing Manager include:
- Drive the strategic and operational management of the marketing department with line management responsibilities for the team
- Design and implement marketing and commercial strategies for each member of the group in line with the strategic objectives
- Develop a marketing plan to support the achievement of commercial student recruitment targets and commercial property and studio income
- Build the reputation and raise the awareness of the group nationwide (and internationally) through marketing, outreach and commercial activity
- Direct all marketing and communications including brand identity & positioning, online presence, digital marketing activity, social media, print collateral, PR, events, CRM, content creation and internal communications
- Plan, manage and be accountable for the group's marketing budgets
- Report on activity and progress to the Senior Leadership Team at weekly or monthly meetings as and when required
- Manage activities with external agencies
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in a marketing and communications leadership role
- Awareness & understanding of marketing strategy and implementation
- Understanding of Higher Education and Short Course training market
- IT Literate (CRM systems, MS Teams & Office, emails, internet & social media use)
DESIRABLE
- Understanding of the developing brands from scratch
- Understanding of the live events and creative industries
- Experience of marketing leadership in higher education
- Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite
