Role Overview: As a Bids Executive, you will manage the production of practice group bids within the firms Finance & Projects Group. You will work closely with the Bids Manager and Bids Partners, advising on best practices and coordinating the firm throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project and Bid Management: Oversee the bids process from start to finish.
- Bid Strategy Input: Collaborate with the bids team to identify key themes and messages.
- Pre-Qualification Management: Qualify opportunities and manage stakeholders.
- Content Management: Enhance and maintain pre-written content and guides.
- Reporting and Analysis: Produce reports to inform business decisions.
- Internal Projects: Improve bid information flow and best practices.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of bid management experience.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience in the legal or professional services sector.
- High attention to detail.
