Due to continuous growth, they are now hiring for an MSP Account Manager to join their successful sales team.

Key Activities:
- Be the primary point of contact for our MSP partners. Your expertise and responsiveness will foster strong, collaborative relationships.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date contact details in our CRM system. Organization and attention to detail are your superpowers.
- Establish proactive relationships with key contacts within partners. Understand their businesses, services, and pain points.
- Regularly profile MSP accounts to identify opportunities for introducing future services. Your insights will drive growth.
- Monitor monthly growth rates and key performance indicators (KPIs) for partners.
Qualifications:
- Previous Managed Service Provider (MSP) experience is essential. You understand their unique needs and challenges.
- Excellent communicator—both written and verbal. Clear, concise, and engaging communication is your strength
- You've successfully managed accounts before. Building and maintaining relationships is second nature to you.
- You thrive in a dynamic environment and can handle pressure with grace. Change is an opportunity, not a hurdle.
- You're eager to learn and grow, and you're always up for a challenge.
