As a Senior Statistician in this AI tech firm, you will be working with a large number of clients across multiple industries. This is an exciting opportunity to work autonomously with lots of responsibility with the ability to have a strong impact on the company.
THE COMPANY
The successful Senior Statistician will be working in a large global AI Tech firm, whilst they pride themselves in providing leading, world-class solutions in the AI space. This company is a relatively lean start up with under 50 heads however they are profitable and have been trading for a significant period of time, being self-funded having grown organically.
THE ROLE
As the successful Senior Statistician, you will be well versed with statistics to build predictive models and POC's. Your role will also involve deep-dive analytics using disparate data to uncover trends using predictive analytics to identify new growth areas for new product development.
More specifically you can expect to be involved in the following:
- Acquiring and assessing client's data from multiple sources
- Data mapping, planning and identification of what tools should be utilised to produce the best outcome
- Guiding both clients and internal development teams with excellent technical ability
- Presenting actionable insights both internally and externally
- Utilising SQL for data wrangling and Python for advanced statistics
- Identifying key risks and clients pain points throughout the entirety of projects as well as improving the deployment of cross-functional processes
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful Senior Statistician will have the following skills and experience:
- Experienceas a statistician essential
- Experience working SQL and Python for predictive analytics
- Must be comfortable using statistics to predict key challenges/pain points through deep dives
- Agency/consutlancy experience desirable
THE BENEFITS
The successful Senior Statistician will receive a salary between £60,000 and £70,000 as well as an extensive benefits package.
